Double-C frame

The cold formed production line is of high efficiency, the locator and spring are prefabricated in the same machine.

Sandwich panel

The sandwich panel production line can be used for roof and wall, see specifications below: Roof:Corrugated EPS, PU, rockwool sandwich panel, regular thickness 50/75/100mm, color steel sheet is AZM100g/20/5um. Wall:Tongue & groove EPS, PU, rockwool sandwich panel, regular thickness 50/75/100mm, color steel sheet is AZM100g/20/5um.

Double-C Structure Display

Double-C steel structure building and other products adopt Q345 high-strength structural steel, cold-bended forming, high-galvanizing layer anti-corrosion treatment, all profiles are 275g/m2 hot-dip galvanized, with high corrosion resistance, no special maintenance treatment is required for 30 years. Double-C can be combined with different structures, such as combined with ultra-light steel wall, which is beautiful and can be applied to different fields.

Packaging Solution

PTH makes the most reasonable package plan according to the structure characteristics and quality requirement. The modular package design of the spare part effectively reduce the package volume. The spare parts of each module is packed in a separate package, these small package modular combination ensures a easy transportation and installation, which in return makes the loading and unloading much easier, and greatly reduces labor cost.
